I replied to Jon Meer call, some what frustrated due to the refinancing institution I was working with at the time. After the first call with Jon Meer I felt a little better. Jon answered my questions and gave me an outline of the refinance. Once I started the process Jon Meer answered questions, gave clear instructions for those task I needed to complete. Futhermore, he retruned my calls in a timely fashion, and kept the communications lines open. Jon Meer made me feel comfortable asking questions ans sharing my concerns. If I were to refinance, I would with out a doubt call Jon Meer and I would reccomand Jon Meer to freinds, family and strangers for their home refinancing service
